I needed it before anyone else did.
I'm Billy. I run four projects out of a farm in Aotearoa — a regenerative-meat business, a brotherhood circle, a breathwork-booking platform, and Build With Billy. Each of them needs a version of me that doesn't exist.
For a year I tried every "AI productivity" tool on the market. Each one wanted me in their dashboard, their data centre, their rented box. None of them ran the actual queue. None of them shipped anything I didn't personally type.
So I built Night Shift for myself. The thing that actually finishes the shit on the list, overnight, on my machine, with my keys. Then a few people asked if they could have one too.

- Do I need to be technical?
- You need to be terminal-comfortable. If you've installed anything via Homebrew, you're fine. If not, the Claude Code setup conversation walks you through it.
- Where does my data live?
- On your machine. Encrypted at rest under a seed phrase you generate. We never see it. We can't decrypt it.
- What LLM does it use?
- Whichever you choose. Claude (Pro/Max or API), OpenAI, Gemini, or local Ollama. Switch providers anytime without rebuilding your agent. (V1 ships with Claude Code; the others land in V1.1.)
- What if I want to stop?
- Export everything as .bwb-archive with one CLI command. Take it elsewhere. Delete what you have. The format is published openly.
- Why one-off, not subscription?
- Because you own it. Subscriptions turn the wallet metaphor into a rental, and that kills the whole point. Year-1 updates free; $97/yr after if you want continuous improvements.
- Is there a refund?
- Founding pilot is one-off — if it doesn't work for your setup we'll get you running or refund within 30 days. After the pilot opens publicly, the standard 30-day refund applies.
- What if my pilot seat doesn't fill?
- If the 20 seats don't fill in 30 days, the pilot stays open at the founder rate until they do. There is no fake countdown — when it's full it's full.
