Email billy@buildwithbilly.ai with the subject line “Delete my data” and the email address you signed up with. That's all we need.

We will remove your data from all of these:

• Beehiiv — your subscription, tags, and email history.
• Resend — any scheduled or queued emails to you.
• Airtable — your lead record and all associated touch events.

Standard server logs (IP addresses in Vercel/Cloudflare) expire automatically and are not linked to your identity.

We'll complete the deletion within 5 working days and send you a confirmation email when it's done. Every deletion request is logged internally for our audit trail.

• Unsubscribe — one click at the bottom of any email. Stops future sends immediately, but doesn't delete stored data.
• Full deletion — email us. We wipe everything across all services.
